There are many good developers around but certain ones are to be avoided at all cost !!!!

The advice I would give is to avoid the development about 7 kms north of the town centre sited up a hill.

The residents of a previous development by this developer have had to rectify most of the problems at their own expense.

The faults I refer to vary from cracked drives and pathways leaking roofs bad drainage and in some cases pipework either not connected or in some cases not even installed.

From the experience of many residents this developer is not a good advert for Thailand.

Demands for extra payments are constant and promises are continuously made but no action is ever forthcoming.

Matters such as 24hr security will be promised but not maintained. Other promised facilities like Clubhouse Swimming Pool Garden area Childrens play area will not appear as promised.
